What a ton of crap! A verbal harrassment charge? I think this looks like sour grapes. Hope Nico gets off easy as this sounds like a witch hunt to me...

sounds like when you was little one of your brothers was messing with you and got enought of it and said I am gonna beat you if you dont leave me alone then the brother that was doing the bulling went told parents what the other brother said

Some one needs to tell the plaintiff the Old saying "Sticks and stones may break my bones but, words will never hurt me."

On another note: Hopefully Nico learned a lesson confrontation over petty stuff is not good.

First of all, they were both teenagers. Secondly, no death threats or anything like that were made or it would have been mentioned.

So, basically, you have two guys having words with each other.

Unfortunately, nowadays, you get arrested for that. Back in the old days, like a mere 10 years ago, cops would not have been forced to become involved.

Law Enforcement had NOTHING to do with this incident. Cops don't issue warrants, and Nico turned himself in AFTER the warrant was issued by the magistrate.

Harassment charges are some of the most bogus warrants I've ever seen. I doubt very seriously that Nico will even have to pay a fine on this charge, much less serve jail time.

Except, the kid on the other end of this didn't go to parents, school officials, or anyone like that. He went to the court and told the magistrate he was verbally assaulted.

It well within his rights, well within the law.

However, it certainly can appear to be a situation where he was thinking, "I'll mess with his day a bit and issue warrant."

Is this a matter of public record, or is it a situation where the guy who pressed charges remains anonymous due to his age (assuming he was under 18?)

There's another example of that invisible fine print that a bunch of crybaby suit wearing pansies snuck in the FREEDOM OF SPEECH deal. Alot of people hate insensitive pricks. But I hate SENSITIVE pricks who take every little word personal. But that kid was being a punk. He only did that to watch Nico get into trouble. He's was probably laughing all the way to the courts.:swear:
