There's also an interesting partnership that's a possibility. The Pilot notes the NCAA is also "considering banning satellite football camps and replacing them next spring with camps it would sponsor at NFL training centers and high schools."
I thought about that as soon as the idea of an NCAA sponsored camp came up a few weeks ago. Arbitrarily, I suggested something along the line of 10 camps, set per region/conference, with one coach per team. IE: 14 SEC coaches at an event in ATL.
BUT, as soon as that left my mouth I thought about a school like W Virginia. How would they feel about being involved in a camp that's held in Dallas? They may have five players on their roster west of the Mississippi. May. They'd benefit from a camp in Cincy, but how would the B1G feel about WVU taking more out of their recruiting territory (more than they already do, that is.)

No two or more P5 schools camping together on one of their campuses.
Two or more P5 can camp together at the G5 or lower and NFL facilities.
Any G5 or lower can camp at the P5 campuses.
All camps must be sponsored solely by the attending schools and the camper fees.
No allowance of outside agencies for sponsorship.
No public allowed at camps, only coaches, campers(all registered with paperwork filed with NCAA and official host school) and maximum of two family members for each camper, they are also listed on register.
