Bacon and eggs cooked in a cast iron skillet. Reminds me of being a kid and my mom making it on Saturday mornings. I cooked it this morning, and the smell is almost as good as the taste.

And last night I made my favorite supper...medium-rare steak with a big-ass baked potato with butter and sour cream.

Dude, you cook & eat like I do. People say it’s not healthy, but I made until 43 years old before I had to have triple-bypass! Not healthy my ass!

Been eating that way my whole life...I'm 54. I did recently stop drinking soft drinks (haven't had one in almost 2 months). Other than that, business as usual with what I eat.

I like red meat, pork, potatoes, pasta, and rice too much. I like chicken, too. But I eat red meat more than any other type of meat.

Okay, I started thinking about this...and there is no answer.

Corn Flakes, Honey Nut Cheerios, Grits, Oatmeal, and Cream of Wheat (different flavors for the last two.) There's my cereals. I've got pastries out there.

Bacon, sausage, pork chops, steak, and ham ... all of those meats here and accounted for breakfast.

Waffles (blueberry,) in the freezer...easy to make pancakes or home made biscuits. The latter once about every 10 days.

And eggs...tomatoes, peaches I like for breakfast.

NOW...if you take that as your basic ingredients or a menu, that's my favorite breakfast.

Didn't answer anything, did I?
