As much as I hate it for these young men.........it is what it is. Last year at the coaches show I ask CNS a question in regards to recruiting and he went off on a little tangent and during the tangent stated that with all the players coming in, that the program is now operating at a level where they need "us" more than we need them.(everyone cheered) In other words, there are 4 guys right behind these 4 waiting on their opportunity to shine. While I hate it from an educational standpoint and the ability to move forward and do something with their lives, my only hope is that they have the same epiphany that Jimmy Johns had a few years back. Good luck gentlemen, you are somewhere I never would want to be............Nick Saban's dog house.
 
Facing 2 to 10, I would imagine being kicked off the team is the least of their worries.

If tried and convicted, these guys will be behind bars, not at Alabama and certainly not on the football field.

Say a prayer for these young men.
 
What selfish, idiotic decisions. I have no pity, I just hate seeing the talent and the educational opportunity go to waste for all of them. I only hope they learn from their mistakes ..

Chief: Didn't realize the large amount of jail time they could face; just saw the 10 year minimum for the pistol charge, and yikes, you are correct that being kicked off the team is now the least of their concerns!!
 
I would see most of the boys completely removed from the team. I would bet Calloway gets a chance to stay (Lowest bail and least involved person). He was apparently not privy to the entire thing and was just guilty by association. I believe in 2nd chances but these guys pulled some actual crimes off. It wasn't like they took a piss in public or broke a window and ran. This is a pre-meditated robbery...that's dealing with a few years of jail time.
 
People are blasting me at work today, oh well... I hope CNS ends this quick and releases them. Some good young talent but not what our program wants or needs. These kids didn't make a mistake. A mistake is a one time lapse in judgement. These kids made the decision to beat up the students, then stole their stuff, then used their credit cards. Thugs! Anyone want to bet all 4 could pass a drug test?

Too bad this didn't open up any spots for recruits last week...

I believe all 4 will be losing a scholarship, ya Calloway was the least of the offenses but he has already had his name come across Nick's desk in 2011 when he got caught with pot, I think he's been more of an issue than people realize, didn't come in to the program on a high note, I seem to remember some issues with him changing positions or something like that, and lets not forget the flip flop from auburn, not that that is an indication of a bad seed I just seem to remember him being an issue, he will be gone too trust me

It will open up some spots for next year though. Just as good if you ask me.
 
Losing their scholarships are the least of their worries. 4 scholarships are now available. 4 young men have chosen their path and now they must face the consequences. I hate it for them! This is an embarrassment to them, their families, the team, and the University and all associated. Sounds like assault charges will eventually be added to the robbery charges for a couple of these guys. DUMB DUMB DUMB!!!!
 
I'm not saying a prayer for these idiots. WTF. Just because these guys played for the Tide should not mean we should all start worrying about their future from here on out. I highly doubt anyone would care if these guys were just random guys off the street robbing and assaulting people.

These guys assaulted and robbed innocent students. One had a gun on campus. The other using stolen property from the robbery. I don't care if they are part of Alabama football, Auburn or whomever. They wasted their golden ticket at life and now must pay the piper. I don't go around wishing thugs and low life POS thieves a happy ending at the end of the tunnel.

These guys do not deserve to be on the team, that's the least of their concerns now. Hell this is Calloway's second time getting in trouble. Don't let the bars hit you as they slam shut guys. Buh-bye
