| FTBL Miles is an idiot... here is why

I remember his first game at LSU. they showed him on the sidelines and he had a small bluetooth style ear piece on to talk to the boys upstairs. I thought to myself, i cant hear in my car with one of those, how in the h#%@ is he going to hear at Tiger Stadium. After about 4 plays they showed him again, and he had on a big set of ear phones. He really thought he could wear those. How stupid. I remeber saying to my friend that "this isnt OKIE state. we play loud and proud on the SEC."
He is the beneficary of great talent at LSU' and we all know how they got there.
THE FUTURE IS SO BRIGHT, I GOT TO WEAR SHADES!!!!

i agree with ya 65. while we are on the subject i'll share some of my off da wall ramblings. why do lsu fans see saban as a traitor with all the talk of miles going to michigan? why would michigan want miles anyway? i don't think miles would make a pimple on a real coaches azz, not even the old car's! if miles was coaching us and saban was coaching lsu last night what do ya reckon the score would have been? i guess them lsu folk know they are on top of the mountain and on the brink of going over fast and hard. back to the bottom where they belong!

the score wouldn't have been much different, Saban is known for sitting on a lead! he doesn't go for the kill like Miles does. Or does he have the balls that miles does. ya'll can keep saban. LSU is on top to stay. How many years in a row have we kicked ya'lls ass now!!! :lol: :lol:

Reality will set in soon enough. Otherwise you would have no reason to hate Saban. You would still think he was a great coach that just didn't like the pro's.

The only reason Miles has "balls" is because he makes a habit of letting the other team get ahead late in the game and becomes forced to go for it on 4th down. If LSU still had Saban they would be undefeated this year and only UF would have gave them trouble.

But enough of that, here's my question of the day: when Les leaves LSU for UM does the man crush end?

Why wouuld we be scared of an idiot who managed to keep a physically much inferior in the game right to the end. LSU should have beaten us by 3 touchdowns. They are that much supeior physically. Their undisciplined play and a ghastly decision on 4th and two inches kept us hanging around to the end. I'd rather have Nutt or Tuberville than Miles.

First off, I want to say I had a great time in Tuscaloosa. That was a heck of a game. I enjoyed all of the Bama fans. Saban is a good coach no doubt, but I don't understand on thing you guys keep saying.

Is Miles and idiot? or Is Saban a great coach? I don't know if you can have it both ways.

If you claim Miles is an idiot then you should only claim your coach as a "good" coach (which I know will never happen), because surely a GREAT coach could beat an idiot even with inferior talent.

I see your point and all but let's not overlook the fact that your team had vastly superior talent. Talent can make even an average coach look great.

Saban did alot more with ALOT less.

If you think LSU is headed to the bottom of the conference you are very much mistaken. What Saban did was prove what a great coach can do at the right school. He will do the same at Alabama. Could he do the same at Mississippi State? No.
We have great high school athletes in our state as you do but we don't have any competition like you do with Auburn. A great coach will always succeed at LSU or Alabama or Florida etc.
You guys sucked because you needed a coach we sucked before Saban because we needed a coach. Is Miles the answer? I am still not sure.
But I know that a great coach like Saban can win it all at LSU or Alabama but probably not at Ole Miss or Vanderbilt etc.so please don't include us in that group.

One call that I thought was not very smart by LSU was the pass to the Quarterback. If he had gotten injured on that play and with the backup setting at home it could have gotten interesting with the 3rd string QB.
