Saban's immediate dominance in recruiting since his recent arrival.

Saban's success on the field in his first season.

Auburn's recruiting struggles.

Auburn's disappointing season thus far.

Tubbervile's alleged interest in A&M.

After this season Miles will be losing 17 starters whom Saban recruited and may be interested in a coaching vacancy in Ann Arbor in the near future.

Tennessee hasn't been able to change its downward spiral signifying the probable end of Fulmer's tenure.

When you add it all up, the stars seemed perfectly alligned for a change in the balance of power in the SEC, particularly in the SEC West. Bama appears primed for another period of dominance.

I agree with my friend here. ;w;w

Interesting post there...Hopefully we go up and everyone else goes down. Though it seems Georgia will be up there above us with their recruiting class this year as well.

Instead of a century, let's just take this decade. Since the formation of the SEC, Alabama has never gone a decade without an SEC championship. Every other team has had a decade of drought except Bama. We even managed a SECC in the 50's.

Will this decade contain a Bama SECC?

I think it will.
