First and foremost, the only way for VT to stop the Tide would be to have Obama nuke the moon. Too big, too fast, and too strong, the tide rolls right over VT. They just don't have enough offensive line to stop that much crimson. Their qb has thrown more interceptions than td's. Yes, they know what to expect, you can set a clock to the evening tide coming in. You know it's coming and they (Hokies) know its coming but they just don't have enough on either side of the ball to stop it. They are dependant on a fast, poor decision maker to make big plays for them. If their special teams make some really big things happen for them, they may not lose but by 3tds. Otherwise, I see an embarrassing outing by the Hokies. Also, Trent Richardson will b a great rb for the tide, but don't expect him to have a break out season like Julio Jones did as a freshman. Ingram will be the man in 09. Trent needs a little more time in the program to develop strength and to learn more about the offense. It's just harder to break out so early as a rb. There's just more to learn and develop. I expect a great year and lots of yards but not b the starter this season. I think that Danny Lee Jesus Fluker will be starting by the 4th or 5th game and to be the biggest freshman contributor to this outstanding team. Also, look for Mcelroy to be every bit as good as Ole Miss Jevan Snead. This kid is good he just hasn't ever had his chance. But why pass when you can cram it down everyone's throat?:a:
