Flank steak?
No. I"ve got sirloin, ribeye, and flank ... prolly going with the flank because of the beef flavor.
That account has another post where he's doing a beef stir fry that made me think of the flank.
I'm not a fan of "wraps." Although, I like a version of them as long as the tortilla is toasted/grilled. He's got a few of those variations.
That's what I meant, were you using flank steak. I'd think it would be one of the best cuts for that.
Curious. What caught your eye?
Biggest thing that hit me was the longing desire to get a flat top for cooking ... I saw where HD has one on sale right now.
