Flank steak?
No. I"ve got sirloin, ribeye, and flank ... prolly going with the flank because of the beef flavor.

That account has another post where he's doing a beef stir fry that made me think of the flank.

I'm not a fan of "wraps." Although, I like a version of them as long as the tortilla is toasted/grilled. He's got a few of those variations.

That's what I meant, were you using flank steak. I'd think it would be one of the best cuts for that.
