I got pulled into a thing at Shem Creek last night...friend has a piece of shit car. Also. burying the led, I got some shrimp.

Celery, onion, and bell pepper. It's all you need. (change colors if its a date...works every time.)

@alabama mike will revolt. Mayo, a some horseradish, ...little olive oil...

Here's where it's "what?" Sour cream. A couple of tablespoons. White wine. Like a long slug.

Throw sugar into it.

Find your celery seed and mustard...crunch it up in your palm and dump it.

Here's where it get's crazy... @Kirk Van de Graaff

You have to undercook your pasta, to mix shrimp in and cook both correctly.

Such a great meal...but good lord the timing.

Dammit, I thought this was gonna be some scantly dress young gal, or at least a farm animal of some kind. :p;)
I have pictures.

You remember that saying, "a way to a man's heart is through his stomach?"

It works both ways.
@TerryP it sounds good except for real mayo and celery.

@Kirk Van de Graaff is the chef of the group. He'll need to weigh in here.

1) you don't taste the mayo...horseradish is the counter.
2) celery: A LOT of water in that plant so it keeps the dish moist. (lol..cucumbers are being replaced in the @PurlJam house.) It's both color and texture. It's a shrimp based dish...all you taste is seafood.

I delve into soups a lot in the winter (it's 70 or so outside...but it'll be 30 in the morning.) Crab...another I use celery in. I LOVE she-crab soup...but do save some to make a crab salad: which has celery.
