I really like Tebow. He is a heck of a player and a heck of a person.

Anyone with that much ability that recognizes it is God given has my respect. He is the real deal, in more ways than one.

He's a great player. I didn't know until tonight that he was thinking of coming to Bama when he was recruited.

Are you serious? IF so, wow.

That was quite the storyline...don't follow recruiting much, do you Cory?

They played perfect and we played near perfect. They did not turn the ball over or make any critical mistakes. It was all on us and we fell a little short.

Tebow is a heck of a player they will kill whoever they play in BCS game. I hope they do anyway.

Bama needs another reciever to put across the field from Julio. Another play maker. That would make our O complete.

And yes, Tebow is a class act. Homeschooled kid. Missionary parents. Hats off to him.

No I don't. I'm going by what they said on CBS right after the game. Vern said Tebow was really close to signing with Bama.

What?? You didn't hear about Shula making the horrible mistake of trying to get very good players to come to Alabama?

I like him as a person, he seems to be a very classy Christian gentleman and i wish him the best...but i still don't see the reason for all the hype as a football player. Sure he's a good quarterback and possibly even a great one at the college level, but get back to me in five years when he's not on an NFL roster and you'll see what i'm talking about.

I agree. I don't see him as an NFL QB either. He is one hell of a college player however.

He is a great college QB. Reminds me alot of that QB that won the Heisman at Nebraska in the late 90's. I don't see him being a great NFL QB though. NFL linebackers are brutal and he wouldnt last too long trying to run up the middle in the NFL.

Sorry...I think Tebow could be a great NFL player at 5 different positions - including QB. If I were a NFL GM, he would be by first round pick.
