Beating a dead horse. The last OOC team to play in BDS with a traditional pulse was Penn State. The pregame with Bowden, JoePa was a hoot. The next season at Happy Valley during the "Whiteout" was as much fun. State College is a bucket list type of game and having relatives in the area made for a cheap trip. Well, except the $40.00 parking fee, what was that all about?
