🧑‍🍳 Gents, we're entering dangerous territory today. I've got my mind on scallop ravioli.

Actually what pisses me off is you put recipes up & then I have to go get the stuff & try them!
So,...

REAL butter.
Somewhere around a quarter of a cup of wine: white is the deal today. Same with lemon juice.

Red pepper flakes.
White and black pepper...TBS with the double that on chives.

3/4, a little more of the butter...I'm thinking rosemary for serving.
 
@Secondand26 the wanton paper...it's delicate. Slow but sturdy...

But, get this ...

If you take Parm, ricotta, and manchego....add some 'shrooms? With meatballs?

I'm putting a 1/2 C of machego with the scallops...shaved sriracha peppers and garlic.
