🏈 FSU-Auburn championship

I have an aunt who is an FSU alum and was a professor there for 30 years. I had the opportunity to walk on there and play for Coach Bowden back in the day. I choose to cheer for FSU since family trumps conference affiliation! SCREW THE BARN!!

Its never ending. We say FSU's pass rush and front 7 is one of the better in the country, Auburn fans "well yeah, that's what you said about Mizzou!".

I just have one wish and that wish for FSU to never stop scoring on their asses. When they're down by 21+ in the 3rd, keep it on them. I want this game to put their program in a tailspin that they never recover from.

I am still undecided if I even want to watch, because I imagine we will see spectacular highlights from Auburn's amazing season 7,364 times. And I just don't care. And I hate both of them. I hate Auburn more, but still. I dunno if I could dislike the championship more if Ohio State was in it though.

I'll probably use my time wisely and take a nap at that time.

FSU will win because they will do what we wouldn't. Push the ball down the field from beginning to end. Aubren will get their points, but they will be stopped on occasion as they always are. On those stops, FSU will push the ball. And keep pushing it, clock be damned.

That's my 30 sec preview and I'm sticking with it. The hell with Aubren. They will be the SEC team that breaks the streak. Or makes me cry.

i have to think this game will resemble the SECCG or the au/Tamu game... the difference is that FSU is better at scoring than mizzou and has a better defense than Tamu.

FSU can also totally replicate what au does on offense for practice time. this should help them get ready.

the only big question is how much strength of schedule will affect FSU. it is common perception and may be true that they haven't played much decent competition and au may physically overwhelm them.

interesting matchup.

Auburn will beat them something like 55-34. FSU will be penalized 16 times for 148 yards, most of which will be facemask calls. The Nole's will have 2 TD's called back, 1 on special teams for a block in the back that didn't help the runner and 1 on a 50+ yard TD pass that is nullified because of illegal motion. Cam Newton and Bo Jackson will be shown on the sidelines more than either head coach. Greg Robinson will rip an FSU player's jersey off on a speed sweep by Grant that helps spring him for 45 yards. He will hand the jersey to an official, but will not be flagged for holding. Immediately after the game, Gus state that God led auburn to victory while the camera pans to aubie baptizing auburn fans and students from a Gatorade bucket on the field.

I think F$U wins, but this is a plausible scenario, which will lead to complete misery for a year.
