šŸˆ Former Alabama player takes shots at Kendall Sheffield

Former Alabama lineman Alphonse Taylor isn’t a big fan of former Alabama and current Ohio State cornerback Kendall Sheffield.

Early on, while watching the Ohio State-Indiana game, Taylor responded to a tweet about Sheffield struggling.

After Alabama wide receiver Calvin Ridley responded with his own tweet, Taylor took another shot.

A five-star prospect in the 2015 247Sports Composite, Sheffield signed with Alabama out of Fort Bend (TX) Marshall High School. He left the program after a redshirt year, transferring to Blinn College, and signed with Ohio State as the No. 3 junior college player in the 2017 247Sports Composite.

Ohio State went on to win 49-21, with Sheffield making a key play by tipping away a potential touchdown pass that was then intercepted by a teammate

Kendall did tip a pass but got beat often and even was taken out early on. Doesn't mean a lot but who really cares about the future of a rival?
I can easily see former teammates caring about guys who have left the program--feelings that are both what we'd consider good and bad. I'd say his tweet says a lot about not only why, but how Sheffield left the program.
