The police walking away and letting criminals do what they want is the best argument for the 2nd Amendment I have ever seen. People continue to believe the police are there to protect you. They are not. They have absolutely zero legal requirement to protect anyone. Per the Supreme Court has ruled that they have no responsibility to protect even those with protective orders and their only job is to investigate crimes and arrest criminals. The businesses that survived in Minneapolis were ones that had armed civilians guarding them.

Not one of the looters give a rats ass about Mr. Floyds death . The few that did were over shadowed by the multitude who do not and just saw a reason to reek havoc and advance their own self by getting as much free shit as possible . If they did care they wouldn’t be burning their own local businesses that are owned by minorities.

I saw the self-declared rednecks and the multiple locations protected by black men. Most had AR15 style guns, as a show that they were armed and ready. Handguns are for personal defense in case something happens. Rifles such as those are a show that you will defend so stay back. Interestingly, seems nobody had to use them other than as a show.
