Just to add to your comment, Terry.You see these types of examples in various sports and also at all levels. There have been numerous stories and cases of successful coaches at both the college and professional ranks (football, baseball, and basketball) who have impacted their respective sports and yet never played the game beyond high school, if even then.What's amazing is the way that some of these individuals have/had gotten into the profession in the first place.
