P.J. Fitzgerald fell out of the nation's top 20 in individual punting after last week's University of Alabama victory over North Texas - but the senior from Coral Springs, Fla., doesn't mind the circumstances of the tumble: He no longer qualifies for the listing because he hasn't punted enough.

Fitz is having a hell of a year this season. Got to love the idea his numbers match those of nationally ranked guys in terms of production—just hasn't punted enough.

This is actually a stat I don't mind not being in the top 20. The only time I want to see Fitz is when he is warming up or holding for PATs and FGs. Nothing against the kid, I just like seeing the offense churn out yards and points.
