Trade Ryan for some defensive help. Get Fitzpatrick from the Dolphins since his contract will be done and draft a good QB next year. Just not Lawrence.

Eric Bieniemy would be my first call. He may end up being a bust as a HC, but I think his ceiling his pretty high on the other end...

Of course the GM hire is just as important. Going to have to have guys on the same page, or they'll be back at square 1 in 2-3 years.
