It has been years since anything that Dodd wrote bothered me. Media is piling on. Maybe they are right. Herbstreit said we would lose four games. One of the SI guys said this would be our worst season in years. Now they could be right, but I look at the last four years of recruiting and think there is no shortage of good football players on campus. There were some issues a year ago, that showed up not only in the last two, but lackluster efforts against Mississippi State and Chattanooga in wins. We peaked in the second half of the LSU game, and slipped downhill after that . Coaches and player both upset about that, and the media hate will only be extra motivation, if the guys pay any attention at all. (I hope they are just thinking get ready for the next game.)
