Don't know what to make of him using the EXACT SAME statement on twitter as Christian Bell did when he transferred.

Is he looking at these recruits and wondering if he'll ever get decent playing time?

Another surprising one for me. Absolutely loved Charlot out of high school. So explosive and could play outside or slot.

I guess it comes down to taking a guy like Deiter or giving your second year kid a chance? Bummed we won't see Charlot in Crimson... But with so many good players on the team, their bound to get impatient.

Think big fish in a little pond

Think big fish who will never get noticed unless he balls out against one of the better teams that gets televised - anyone interseted in watching the KANSAS/Oklahoma game?????

Have fun in a conference that is going downhill fast, in some dang cold weather (esp for a Louisiana boy).

You can tell Saban's frustration at the foolishness of this. So he sits out this year and starts for Kansas next year.... is he going to get coached up? Is he going to go against good competition every week?

OR, next year he's a junior, and has worked his way into playing time and has a chance to play for championships, and starts his senior year working for another one, with some really good QBs.

I get that we have immense riches at WR, and that, unless Robert Foster has a great year, and goes pro, all 3 starters return next year. But IF you're going to go...... KANSAS???

In my eyes, I'm seeing two unproven guys in Foster and Sims, so the opportunity is right in front of him. Foster looked good last year before he got hurt, but has yet to make a true impact, and we all know Sims has been hurt and making the same transitions to big time ball that Foster is. Yes, those two will get first crack because they've been in town a while and have the ability, but Charlot had the opportunity to get more playing time this Fall, no matter what is said about our deep receiving corps. Like Mack Wilson said, if you don't want to compete, don't come to Alabama, because they're going to push you. Add in Reuben Foster's savages comment, and it's just not for everyone I guess.

Patience and humility are two of the hardest things for a young player to learn. Seems Daylon definitely comes up short on the Patience side. Saban more or less said the exact thing in his presser yesterday.
