His style wasn't for everyone, but his talent was undeniable. Most have probably seen this one many times before, but I thought it was a perfect way start to the thread (which I hope grows many pages). Norm takes an old 20 second joke, and ad libs it into a story to fill time during an extended segment on Conan...

Did you know that she would do two shows. The first one Tim played it to the T. The second one was Tim was going and try his best to get Carol, Harvey was a piece of cake.

One of my all-time favorites... Mitch Hedberg... I saw him perform once in B'ham and another time at UA in the Ferg back when I was in school. It was awesome. And yes, both times he was more stoned than an Afgan hooker.
