🏈 Chris Low suggests AJ is the best QB in the SEC

Time will tell, but I doubt he puts up the numbers to capture the attention of the lemmings in the sporting press.

Yup and to be honest I'm fine with that. AJ has developed into a very potent QB. He goes thru his progressions and makes smart decisions with few mental mistake any good QB will make. Big improvement from last year and now he's more of a threat than people give him credit for. Let them overlook him while he picks them apart and it's over before they know it. :biggrin_blue:

I'd have to agree with you Terry. AJ would need that one monster game where we needed to ride those frozen ropes that he tosses to victory. Just putting up 200+ yds a game will not get him there in my opinion.

He is very underrated, other than the Michigan game, he has yet to play a full game and still has 10 TD's...Many espn analyst have been saying he is a dark horse Heisman contender, I wouldn't really put too much into saying he could be in New York, but he very may well throw for 20+ TD's, which would surpass McElroy if I'm not mistaken and make the record books. He's also like a few passes away from breaking Brodie's record for passes without an INT.

It would take a monster game, maybe against LSU on the national stage and throw for over 300+, I don't see it happening with the style of offense and how we like to grind the clock out by running the ball...

That said, I wouldn't take any QB in the nation right now over AJ...
