I was going out into the yard in the pouring rain yesterday to fix a busted pipe in my front yard. Upon donning my poncho i reached in the pocket and pulled out this stub which had apparently resided there for almost 15 years.

My brother and I went to this game and had a great time. If I recall, this was one of the last, if not the last, game played at legion field. If memory serves me correct, this is when Brandon Avalos threw a total of 7 passes and we ran the option up and down the field. It was Fran's first year, right?

Nice find!! I saw my first car burglary and first drug deal go down outside legion field (at different games). I think Shula might have opened the season there his fist year in 2003, but I might be wrong.

I didn't blow up your ticket, but was it the Thursday night game when it rained like a cow pissing on a rock the entire game? It was moved to Thursday night because of 9/11? That the game? Long time ago and my memory is not good.

Something is wrong here...we didn't play them in September.

OH! That game was canceled. 911. We played them in November.

If I recall, Arkansas was the first game after 9/11....I was there and it was at BDS

Yeah no Avalos in that game, Andrew Zow. Game actually came after the Iron Bowl I think and we needed the win to get in a bowl game. I think both teams combined for like 6 or 7 fumbles lost in that bullshit rain but Ahmad Galloway ran all over em in the rain. Think I was like 13 back then.
