I posted a while back about a charity event at Lightning Strikes in Trussville on 8/4 to help former Bama TE Derrick Warren as his daughter is very ill. I wanted to update the list of attendees.

So far some of the bigger names are: Prince Wimbley, Derrick Lassic, George Teague, John Copeland, David Palmer, Lemanski Hall and just confirmed today was Coach Stallings. I'll post a full list later if anyone is interested.

It starts at 4PM, admission is $10, signatures are included in admission.

Full list: Gene Stallings, Antonio Langham, Antonio London, Bryne Diehl, Chad Key, Chris Anderson, Chris Donnelly, Craig Sanderson, Curtis Brown, Darryl Pickett, David Palmer, Dennis Deason, Derrick Lassic, Donnie Finkley, Bart Pritchett, George Teague, George Thornton, Jeff Torence, John Copeland, Kerry Goode, Kevin Lee, Kevin Turner, Lamonde Russell, Lemanski Hall, Martin Houston, Michael Proctor, Mike Smith, Monroe Harrison, Phillip Doyle, Pierre Goode, Prince Wimbley, Rick Brown, Roosevelt PAtterson, Sam Shade, Siran Stacy, Derrick Warren, Tarrant Lynch, Thomas Rayam, Tyrone Prothro, William Barger, Roger Shultz, Darren Greenwood, Mike Burkett, Alvin Hope, Ulysses Haynes, Griff Redmill (excited, Terry?), Wayne Millis, Eryk Anders, Andrew Zow

The wife and I will be donating some time and such to this event so we'll be there. I'll be the only person not wearing a Bama shirt...

This list encompasses most of the people on the 92 championship prints by Gamble and Moore. I don't have Gamble's in front of me but only George Wilson and Eric Curry are missing from Moore's.

I'll post pics and some random anecdotes after finals end Tuesday but I wanted to say a few things now.

It was a GREAT crowd last night. Some stood in line for more than 4 hours. That should tell you how many people showed. Those of us involved were overwhelmed with the response. It means a lot to Derrick and his family. Prince and Rhea worked their asses off and it showed. If any of you know them, shake their hand when you see them.

Gene Stallings is one of the best people I've ever met.

John Copeland and Eric Curry are not joined at the hip as most last night seemed to think!

Someone is now the owner of a Clemson football signed by Dabo and inscribed "All In" and "Roll Tigers". Interesting piece for auction.

I spoke with a few of you last night. Thanks for coming out. Sorry, I don't remember names. It was funny hearing "Hey Duder!" from the lines.

There are some photos up at www.facebook.com/immaginarestudios1. I generally don't post my business page so I don't look like a tool trying to advertise for free but there are some up there as well as our older Bama/Auburn events

Now I'm sufficiently side-tracked.

Langham has dropped weight since the ESPN special on "The Play That Changed College Football". He looks like he could still shut someone down.

It was hilarious seeing all the 92 guys that haven't seen each other in years together again. It was like they have never missed a beat in their relationship.

I was groped by an older drunk woman. Not football-related but odd none-the-less.

Teague is a good dude. Hearing the story about the TO incident was probably the highlight for me (I'm a Cowboys fan).
