Sweetater and I are planning on taking the boys to an Alabama home game next year. We're shooting for the Ole Miss game. Are any of y'all familiar with the stadium's handicap accessibility, handicap policies, handicap seating, etc. My youngest son (11 years old) is confined to a wheelchair, and I would like for him to fully experience the atmosphere of a Crimson Tide home game. He can't stand, and I'm afraid he wouldn't be able to see much with everyone else on their feet cheering. Are there sections of the stadium that are dedicated to wheelchair accessibility, and if so how do I go about obtaining tickets for that section?

Thanks in advance, and as ever: Roll Tide!

Hope you all have a great time!!

I spoke with the ticket office in Tuscaloosa and they said we could exchange a regular seat ticket for a handicap seat. However they allow just one caregiver per handicap person in the handicap area. There's four of us, so if we go we'll have to divide up. I was hoping we could all sit together for boys' first game. Oh well, it's not a perfect world, after all.
