What's the line they crossed here?

Was it the mention of Bowlsby at the beginning (part one above?) Or is it naming the other officials?

All are a matter of public record, right? What's so egregious? And better yet, how does the audio from a TTU broadcast make it to Bowlsby's desk? Someone, from somewhere, sent that up the chain, right?

But didnt see reviews and game.
