He will send the catcher to the mound for a visit, then when the ump breaks it up, he will slowly emerge from the dugout and walk at a snail's pace all the way to the mound, act as if he's just chatting with the pitcher, and when the ump again starts to break it up (again), he will finally signal to the pen for a change.

Making an already very long game even longer. Yea, one of the reasons I can't stay for baseball is my ADHD doesn't let me sit for that long without some action.
