Jason Jackson slows the average Bama game down by 5 minutes per based on his slow, delayed, mound visit/pitching change antics. I don’t know why it infuriates me but it does.

Yes. He will send the catcher to the mound for a visit, then when the ump breaks it up, he will slowly emerge from the dugout and walk at a snail's pace all the way to the mound, act as if he's just chatting with the pitcher, and when the ump again starts to break it up (again), he will finally signal to the pen for a change.
