The dumpster fire, that is Lee County Polytechnic West Georgia College just keeps getting better and better.
It seems that Duke Williams has FINALLY had his ass kicked off of the team! I'm guessing that it was for a violation of team rules, once they drew some rules up so there would be some paper trail.

No doubt he was part of the poison affecting their play this year. It's always a delight to watch them in turmoil, but this will probably help their team chemistry more than it will hurt them. Probably the best call Gus has made all year.

I could go on here but I'll stop here for a breather ... what part of the defense did Duke have any effect?

On the other side of the ball: 7 INT's versus 5 TD's. If you saw any of those 7 INT's you saw a QB making horrible decisions and horrible passes. Is there a relationship between the two? Possibly, but as bad as those passes and decisions were I'd call it unlikely.

When you have a coaching staff that is made up of a group of malcontents (see Gardner for one) the poison is found at the head ... not in the body, if that makes sense? I know over the last few years the subject of how that staff is facing an huge uphill battle to remain a functioning group has been brought up here, a lot. Hell, the head coach himself has created discontent and unrest in his past stops ...
