I agree that the Heisman is media hype and a popularity contest for the most part. Having said that, I'd be less than honest if I said that I wouldn't LOVE to see an Alabama player win the award.If JPW has an outstandintg season putting up great numbers and somehow gets us through the season undefeated... and if he stops choking in the clutch... but that sure is a lot of "if"s. Ah, the optimism of the preseason.
