🏀 Alabama basketball: 7-foot transfer Moussa Gueye tears knee ligament

Hurts us on inside depth. Definitely means more Green at center, and less choice about when we use a smaller lineup. Really sucks for the kid, too. It will mean he won't play competitive basketball for two seasons, is developing an injury prone history.
 
I have heard that Gouye's surgery went well and Grant said that there is a possibility he could still play this year. He has begun his rehab, though he can't put any weight on the repaired knee yet.
