Isn't it nice to have a QB that takes things in stride, not in trouble, playing the game like it's suppose to be played and humble to boot. Very proud to have this guy lead our team. Here is to another great season and hopefully this guy leading the Crimson Tide to another Championship. Either way, he has earned his spot and deserves his spot as one of the best at Bama.

I remember wondering who would be our starter in 2011, this guy has been everything expected and much much more.

Yep, glad as hell AJ is leading Bama. Gonna be a hard road to replace that guy right there.

He has developed into an incredible player and on the field leader. I always kinda thought McElroy was the perfect Saban quarterback, I was wrong... it's a guy like McCarron.

Yup AJ is by far my favorite Bama QB. Like said he is the perfect Saban QB. Excellent character off the field too. I wish him his best season yet! :a:

He has exceeded my expectations I'll admit. Not that I ever thought he wouldn't be a good QB, I just never thought about him taking the team over like he has and excell while doing so. My prayer is he stays healthy throughout his career in college and NFL.

just remember when he filled in for McElroy during the Auburn game, and all of the barners were making fun of him, saying how they couldn't wait for him to become our qb? They haven't laughed much since!

At one time, I thought that AJ might turn out to be oe of those kids that doesn't pan out. It was the infamous "spanking" he got during the 2010 Miss St game that made me think that. Boy, I'm glad I misread that!
