One of my favorite bands of all time. Saw them in concert in Huntsville years ago. Greg's album, Laid Back, is very good. RIP Greg.

Growing up in Alabama, even with an overprotective mother, the Allman Brothers and Skynyrd, of course, had so many songs featured on the radio that it's hard not to associate too many memories with their music somewhere in the background. It's going to be one helluva a gig with both Allman and Van Zandt now.
