A few wings on the smoker

Looks good. It's a lot of work just for wings, but I pretty much copy what Moe's BBQ does now because those are some killer wings. Smoke them until just before they are done (if they get done it doesn't really matter, especially if they are bigger wings), then fry for a couple mins to finish them of and add some crisp. Toss them in hot sauce, white BBQ sauce, or eat plain or dip them.
