Do you like seeing movies in 3D or do you prefer 2D?

I like seeing the depth that comes with 3D. I don't really care for the old gimmick of seeing things as if they were thrown at you. If it is filmed in 3D that is a lot better than the post-conversion(in most cases). Titanic is an exception. I saw Titanic 3D in theaters and it looked really good.

last 3d movie i saw was Gorilla at Large

I don't care for it much. Won't go out of my way to see it. But I did see "Up", "The Lion King", and "Finding Nemo" (the re-releases) in 3-D and they were beautifully done. Light touches that brought out more detail, a little more 'oomph', stuff like that. But unless it's a movie I really want to see in 3-D, I don't really care either way.

I am the same way. I like the movies for the oomph. I am fairly picky about what movies I go to the theater to see and that goes for the 3D movies as well.

I found a page with all of the 3D movies from 2005 thru some that haven't been released yet. I have only seen a fraction of them.
I have seen...

U23D ~http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U2_3D
Avatar
Tron: Legacy
Pirates of the Caribbean:On Stranger Tides
Captain America
Titanic 3D
The Avengers
Prometheus
The Hobbit
Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away~ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cirque_du_Soleil:_Worlds_Away

I HATE it. Hopefully that fad will be dying out soon.

With as many as are planned for 3D, it doesn't seem to be leaving.
