That's an impressive 2018 team. Add Waddle with 5 and Smith with 4. Yikes!

Running game accounts for 27 TDs and D/ST account for 7 TDs, so definitely a pick your poison.

It's probably impossible to track based on the way position names have changed but I'm guessing Smith is setting records for touchdowns and receiving yards for a tight end.

No doubt, who would be ahead of him? Ozzie in yards (804), nobody in TDs.

Irv's at 586 currently, so it's attainable.

How insane is it that Coker had 3,000 yards in 15? You have a 3,000-yard passer, 2,000-yard rusher, 1,000-yard receiver. That team doesn't get enough credit IMO.

Wasn't Ozzie listed as a "spit end" (receiver) in college?

@planomateo Just looked, he's listed as a split end in 1976 and 1977 but was also the All-SEC tight end... I'm not an expert on the wish bone, so was a "split end" in the wish bone just another name for a tight end rather than what we think of it today?

That's not what I said. "Split end" is a terminology used for a wide receiver that is opposite of the tight end and farthest away from the ball, but I have no idea how it pertained to the wish bone. In the bone, was the "split end" simply the "end" to the weak side or something like that?

Looking at the roster, they have TE, SE, RB and FB listed. Guess we have to look at some old film to really tell.

Damien would be the first Alabama RB to have 3 consecutive seasons of 1000 yds on the ground. Hopefully he gets his 322 yards.

Auburn is giving up 142 RuYds per game
UGA is giving up 128 RuYds per game

Post season is included also correct? He has 3-4 games to hit the mark if that is the case. He would likely need to average 100 yards/game. Hope he does it for sure.

If my math is right Bama has scored 588 point average at 49 point per game. Giving up 165 points average just 13.75 points a game.
