does anyone have any information on the total amount the SEC collected from its bowls? i'm guessing that our participation in a record 9 bowls means that our loot is quite sizable. ^^SPEN

It's probably too early for the final 2007-08 'bottom line' to have been tabulated, but the SEC regularly leads all conferences in bowl revenue...not to mention total revenue.

Here's the bowl payouts for 2006-07...I imagine our 19% share will continue for this past bowl season, if not improve over 2006-07:
