In my industry historically there are very few times we match offers. If a person has gotten to the point of looking and getting offers elsewhere they are dissatisfied about something enought to do so. Maybe they will find what they are looking for elsewhere. Now this assumes they are already being paid consistent with what the market is paying. Of course if they are under paid then yes that is on the organization.

Iām friends with Elijahās parents.. I DONāT have any inside info cause I havenāt spoken to them. But he loves Alabama but also wants to play. I think he just spoke out of watching his friends play and wants to play as well. He also has plans of the NFL and taking care of his momma.

Yea, don't fault him for wanting playing time and his dream of the NFL requires he get more playing time. I was a little puzzled because at least, I and a few others on here have him tabbed as the starter next year. Hopefully he wins the job, playing time, and all that he wants and more.

As a competitor, what happened to Florida State would have me wanting to make a statement against Georgia and I would never sit out. After what Jordan Travis did for that team and then to just give up because the top prize isn't available anymore is a slap in his face as well because I genuinely believe he loved Florida State and was old school in his manner towards the game and program.. That being said, it's a new world, but this shows they weren't built to be a Champion. Look at Alabama last year with Bryce and William Anderson in the Sugar Bowl.
