Not my own idea from the start, but I did change it a bit.

It's one Perry Cuda offers at his place, Perfectly Franks.

Polish sausage on a toasted bun...both on the grill as well as the shrimp.

Diced the shrimp, Perry doesn't at his place. He also served his with a sweet corn relish and I prefer dill.

All of it topped with cocktail sauce.

One hell of a dog!


What's sad is I've yet to try the Bama. But, if I've heard it once I've heard it...well, you know the saying.

Bleu Cheese slaw. Hrrmmm.
