I had a discussion some time back with my brother. We talked about whether or not we would ever root for auburn.

It was if they went to a bowl game facing a non-SEC school.

Would you root for the barn to root for the SEC…
Or would you Not root for them because they are awbarn.

He said he would for the SEC, me, I said no way would so ever regardless.

I’m not a SEC guy, I’m a Bama guy, so I’d say no I’d never root for Auburn or any other SEC team

I rarely ever root for any SEC team unless it somehow helps Alabama. And that's any sport. SEC is the best football conference... best players, coaches, and overall teams there is. But I don't need scoreboard validation to confirm that for me. There may be a rare game where I root for a South Carolina over Clemson like today, or a Mizzou over someone like Penn State in a bowl game, but those games are pretty few and far between. I'd root for Tennessee over auburn though....
