šŸ“” With Tua out for the year, CFB Playoff Committee Chair Rob Mullens tells Mark Packer how the committee will view the Crimson Tide.

With Tua out, I don't see Bama going to the playoff!

It will depend mostly on what other teams do, or don't do. Mac needs to have two all-SEC games. If LSU loses to UGA in the SECCG, I still expect them to be in. If Ohio State loses, they'll be on the bubble. If Clemson loses, they should be out but will also be on the bubble. UGA is the key.

I think Clemson loses, they have zero chance at getting in. St. Frances and Mater Dei high school teams play tougher schedules than Clemson this year. I also happen to think if Ohio State loses to anyone outside of Penn State they are absolutely done. Losing to Penn State, the only team they play, and a not Top 15 team puts them behind us in my mind, but on the bubble as you stated. We need LSU to win out, it's going to help our case that we lost to the undefeated #1 team that beat a host of Top 25 teams throughout the season.

We need to beat the barn convincingly and we have a legit argument. Utah needs to lose to Oregon. The barn beat Oregon and that would help us with teams behind us from the PAC12. I think LSU will beat UGA. ohio state will beat Penn St. Clemson will not lose to anyone before playoff time.
We'll be playing for a shot at LSU in the first round.
AND.... none of this will matter at all IF we don't take care of business and STAY FOCUSED! Play every play to dominate!!! ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!
