Think it would lean more towards the conditioning and strength routines. We saw a lot of people get hurt because they were not building up those muscles that protect parts of the body that non athletic people do not use. This depends on the sport of course.


I know as a pitcher we worked hard on developing the muscles around my shoulder and keeping it stretched and lean while building it up. I know this is a bone( will Will) but the last coaching staff was obviously not on the up and up when it came to strength and conditioning. I think it showed with some last year as well. IMHO.
