CNS said there will be no roster, so you try out for what you want to play. JJ will try for QB, ill bet you whatever you want, but i think CNS will see the value of Jimmy ANYWHERE on the field.

Everybody has to audition? Maybe that's not a bad idea.

I voted no. I am sure I'll get flamed for this, but from what I hear, he'll be lucky to remain on the team after the Spring! Plainly put, CNS won't put-up with his attitude.

to me there is a difference when you respect someone and when you dont. when i was in High School, there were teachers i repsected the hell out of... id never do one wrong thing in that class cuz they showed it to me as well. now, the other classes where i didnt respect them, i did what i wanted, when i wanted... sure, i got suspended a good bit, but when i knew i couldnt get away with something, i didnt do it (most times).

anyway, see what im trying to say? i ramble when i talk and type!

I think it will depend on the health of the guys at RB. If the injured guys come back strong, then LB will be a good fit for JJ (especially in the 3-4 system). If the depth is low at RB though, I think he stays there.

I wouldn't mind seeing him at LB, because I want Terry Grant to shine.

Do I think JJ will be moved to LB? My guy says no basically.

I feel that Grant will be the next great 'Bama back if he stays healthy.

You heard it here first...even if you thought of it before myself.

does Saban run a 3-4?? - I always thought he ran a standard 4-3

He said he runs the 3-4 in the PC, but I was under the impression he ran the 4-3 as well. I think he always has a LB line-up on the end of the line making the 3-4 look like a 4-3.

Guess he wasn't good enough for it anyway.

Grant needs to beat him out in the spring and take 27 if you ask me actually.

I honestly see Upchurch taken this. Grant seems a little light but fast. Same with Arenas. I think Upchurch can handle the constant pounding better. Either way it sure is nice to be able to have this debate. Can you say LOADED?

Grant, Arenas, and Upchurch. Those should be the running backs. Arenas can be a Percy Harvin type back.

Arenas would be a interesting scenario at running back.

I wouldn't mind seeing him at RB actually.
