Regardless of who holds, it shouldn't vary from holder to holder.  It's all about placement.  Where is the ball touching the ground?  Is the ball straight up and down, leaning left, right or forward?  The judgement of who holds is based on consistency and speed.  And, I guarantee that Tua isn't the only one to work on it.
