šŸˆ What if I told you...Jameis Winston is the first player in NFL history to...

So, regardless of how bad he played, they lost because of the missed kicks?

It was more of an indictment on the crappy Falcons. But also a comment on the fact that he can still put his team in a position to win even when he turns it over. I can't stand Winston, but he atleast puts his team in a place to win even though he turns it over, and Matt Ryan can't say that.

Falcons kicked like five field goals. Hardly anything for Matt Ryan to write home about, especially after a fumble returned for six he gave up.

Matt Ryan had a pedestrian season this year (by his standards) but Atlanta did not lose 9 games because he didn't play well. There were many times where he was one of the few players that were playing well this year.

Ryan is a turnover machine. He has been pedestrian as a quarterback outside of our Super Bowl season. I don't care if he threw for a million yards in a season, because he is about like Winston. He kills drives and our offense with his turnovers. Julio is what has made our offense tick, and Shanahan when he was offensive coordinator. Ryan is a joke at $100M. I'd rather pay a rookie or backup half that and put a couple more weapons around him. Get rid of Freeman and Ryan, keep Ridley and Julio, draft a quarterback and get a solid running back.

Naw, Winston is a turnover machine. In 11 years Ryan's only had two seasons with more than 15 picks. I don't think Matty is elite anymore - though I do think he was in 2016 and a few years before that - but there are so many other issues right now (offensive line, backs, the entire defense, special teams, etc.). They definitely HAVE to draft a young QB, can't keep hoping that Matt doesn't get hurt and relying on a 50-year old backup (I'm being hyperbolic), but the pressing issues are offensive and defenisve line right now with backers and DBs right there. Making Moore the DC was def. a step in the right direction but keeping Dirk as OC is a mistake.
