I wonder how much longer it will be such a hot seller's market. Seems like it's been this way for years. I keep hearing how houses are selling at way above asking before a for sale sign can even be pulled from the agent's trunk. I don't ever remember a seller's market quite this hot. I mean, eventually it has to shift back to the buyers. But when?
