Imagine reading all that and still coming to the conclusion that Miller should be charged with a crime.

Yea the defense is going with the strategy most of us thought initially. The fact they were denied bond leads me to believe that this thing is a slam dunk case
Agree but Bradley should have jerked a knot in Davis/Miles backsides. Seems like he was hanging out with them through the entire thing.

Yea someone gave the timeline of events from the trial testimony and I’m not home to look it up traveling but there was something about them having food in the backseat but why would it be in the glove box if they returned and put it in the back seat

Gotta see what this means for Miles. It looks bad for DA and the police. They may have botched this from teh beginning.
All other house of cards issues aside, the prosecution is going to have to have the cooperation (and testimony) of Johnson, or Miles walks. And it should be pretty obvious now to anyone with even an elementary level of deductive reasoning to see why he doesn't want any part of being involved.

So, Johnson thinks he has lot to gain by not testifying against Miles or what? Why is he going out of his way to disappear?
Johnson was the aggressor. He gave an initial statement to a UAPD officer, but was never questioned by investigators because he was/is avoiding them. Bottom line, he didn't protect his girlfriend that night, but he's hiding and trying to protect himself now.
