Syracuse was ahead of the curve in recruiting Florida, which is why is was successful under McPherson and Pasqualoni, but that well's dried up).There's no nearby JUCO system to pick from to pluck from. And it's the MAC and UB -- a program with zero tradition and zero success since it moved to 1-A 10 years ago.
