| FTBL Tiger Walk @ BDS

Should we let the Barn continue their short tradition of doing a Tiger Walk at BDS?

  • Our Walk of Champions is much better, let's humiliate them at what they think they invented

If anyone sees a barner trying to roll Bear's statue if they win..promise me..promise me that you'll slap the shit out of them.

You'll have the better part of 92,000 backing you up so don't be scared. :D

WHEN we win, I'm gonna roll the BP Sign at Thomas Crossroads (in Newnan). :D

What he said. It would be a total lack of class to try and disrupt their tiger walk.

Why not have the event crew prevent them from organizing in the first place?

Why?

What does it hurt?

What effect does it have on Alabama?

Would you want or expect them or any other opposing team to do the same thing to us?

Their dressing room is on the other end of the field. I presume they will come in from the other end rather than walk past a reminder of a tradition they'll never possess.

1. Because we're Alabama, this is our turf.

2. It's eye pollution.

3. It affects me. I hate knowing that obnoxious fans from the Barn are taking a crap on our hallowed ground and have no respect.

4. First of all, our Walk of Champoins is something special we do in Tuscaloosa. We don't attempt to talke it to other venues and shove it down their throat. That is what I call classless.

They are also bringing their eagle to fly before the game. Mal wouldn't grant them permission to let them fly it inside the stadium, so they have trained it to circle the stadium instead. Also, they are going to shoot orange and blue fireworks from the rooftop of Buffalo Phil's after every touchdown. Bo Jackson is going to run out the game ball as well... not the actual pre-game ball, but on their first play from scrimmage, Bo is going to be the ball boy. It's a freaking travesty.

I just threw-up a little in my mouth.

tiger walk is simply a way for their fans to greet and cheer their players. It does not disrespect Alabama in any way.

We only started the walk of champions this year. I don't know if we do anything similar for away games or not, but I would hope if we did, I would hope the opossing fans would leave us alone.

Dye doesn't attend away games. He keeps it down home, cuz.

I see no harm in letting them have the Tiger walk. A good classy host welcomes his guests.Let them do that and not be classless barners ourselves.

I also heard Eli and Kenny will take the day off and Terry Henley and Al Del Greco will call the game on the CTSN.
