I have a soft spot for kickers. Despite playing DE/OLB and C, I was the only one who could kick reasonably straight as a high school junior. We scored late against our "big brother" team whom we'd never beaten, and my tying PAT sailed wide right by all of three feet. Tough to describe the feeling, despite having played well on both sides of the ball.

Ten years later, I went to my first Chelsea game since I had stepped on the field. Our kicker booted the go-ahead PAT to win it.

Felt good.
