Porter, we tailgate next to Kerry and his brothers tailgating area. I have gotten to know them pretty well. They call me their crazy Cajun friend. Clyde will be out of work for about a year getting treatment, we hope they caught it early enough.

I wish I could Lance. I haven't met most of those guys. It would be good to see Baron Huber again. I ran into him at the Auburn game. My kids were in awe of him and his ring. I was thinking he was the only player they've met, but I forgot about running into John Parker and Mike Johnson last summer here in ATL.

I wish Clyde the best. Please keep us posted.

"Tide for Clyde" Tees

As most of you know, Clyde Goode is battling leukemia and is a single parent of 4 girls. Two local companies (Rammer Jammer Gear & Highlands Digital Media) have partnered to sell a "Tide for Clyde" t-shirt and donate ALL the profits to Clyde's family.

I worked with Kerry on the design and with helping get the word out about the t-shirts and event that is coming up on 3/31/11.

I have learned from a cousin of Clyde's that his doctors want him to have a chemotherapy drug called Ara C (phonetic spelling) which is difficult to obtain right now because of various FDA issues. If any of you are in the health care area and know of a source for this drug, shoot me a PM and I will pass the information along to the family.

I spoke to Clyde's cousin yesterday, nd Clyde is responding well to the chemotherapy. Let's thank God for the progress so far and continue to keep him in our prayers.
